1. Contact a Romanian Law Firm to help you decide upon the type of company
you would like to set up, shareholder structure, management of the Romanian

2. Choose a name for the Romanian company, specify the list of activities
(including of course the purchase of Real Estate) and provide details such
as passport copies, full name and address etc.
3. The lawyers will draft the Articles of Incorporation (and other
similar documents) and will provide them to you to be reviewed and signed,
either in Romania if visiting the country or abroad in front of a local
Public Notary.
4. After having all the needed documents, your lawyers will file them
with the local Trade Registry and you will require a judge's approval for
the actual formation of the Romanian company. From this point the Trade
Registry will require from 3 to 5 business days to issue the Certificate of
Incorporation.
Some other useful information:
1. The Social Capital for a SRL (LLC) is around 70 Euros;
2. There is no need to appoint a Romanian Director (Administrator) or a
Romanian shareholder;
3. There is also the possibility of establishing 3 different types of
branches/subsidiaries of your existing foreign company, each with its own
limitations;
4. You can incorporate the company even without visiting Romania;
